Avocado Breakfast Toast

Ingredients: Carbs:

- 1 Wasa Cracker 4 g

- 1/4 mashed avocado (1/4 c.) 3.5 g

- 3 slices Canadian bacon 1 g

- 2 eggs 1.2 g

- Tapatio or Cholula 0 g


Directions:

Fry the Canadian bacon in a pan until slightly caramelized (about 2 minutes). Then make two eggs sunny-side up. Mash the avocado in the meantime. On a plate, stack the food like this: Wasa cracker, avocado, Canadian bacon, eggs. Top with hot sauce.
