Ingredients: Carbs:

1 c. almond flour 24 g

1 tsp baking powder 0 g

1/4 tsp salt 0 g

1/2 c. heavy cream 3.5 g

1/4 c. water 0 g

2 tbsp vegetable oil 0 g

2 eggs 1.2 g


Directions:

Heat up your waffle iron. Mix the almond flour, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl. Add the eggs and oil and mix again. Combine the cream and water in a separate bowl, and slowly add this liquid to the flour mixture. You probably won't use all of it. Add enough liquid that the mixture is runny, but not too watery. Once your batter is a good consistency, pour it into the waffle maker and cook them.


Notes:

Sometimes, adding a little cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice to the batter is a nice variation. You can top with cocoa nibs and peanuts, but those have carbs.
