My name is Emily Williams. I'm the wife of a PWD trying to make healthy, diabetes-friendly meals that are delicious and creative. This site is intended as a place for me to keep all of my recipes that are already measured out with carb content and portion sizes to make cooking for our family easier while maintaining awesome health for my husband. My husband is following a diet based on Dr. Richard K. Bernstein's diet. He is also influenced by Adam Brown, and countless others in the diabetes family.
